Terms and Conditions of Fares

SKIPEDEAL FARE RULES S Class

  1. Payment required at the time of booking.
  2. Fares NON refundable and NOT transferable. Name changes are not permitted.
  3. Original fare always remains non-refundable.
  4. Itinerary changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time and are subject to class availability. A $30 change fee (incl. GST) per person per change plus the difference in upgrading the fare to the next available class will apply.
  5. Fare is "WEB ONLY FARE" available through Skippers' website only.
  6. No Show results in forfeit of fare paid.

KOXR FARE RULES K Class

  1. Payment required at the time of booking.
  2. Fares NON refundable and NOT transferable to another destination.
  3. Fare is upgradable to available class. Original fare always remains non-refundable.
  4. Itinerary changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time and are subject to class availability. A $30 change fee (incl. GST) per person per change plus any applicable difference in fare will apply.
  5. Fare is "SEMI FLEXIBLE FARE".
  6. No Show results in forfeit of fare paid.
  7. Name changes are permitted. A $55 change fee (inc. GST) per person, per change will apply.

BOXR FARE RULES B Class

  1. Payment required at the time of booking.
  2. Fares NON refundable and NOT transferable to another destination.
  3. Fare is upgradable to available class. Original fare always remains non-refundable.
  4. Itinerary changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time and are subject to class availability. A $30 change fee (incl. GST) per person per change plus any applicable difference in fare will apply.
  5. Fare is "SEMI FLEXIBLE FARE".
  6. No Show results in forfeit of fare paid.
  7. Name changes are permitted. A $55 change fee (inc. GST) per person, per change will apply.

YR ECONOMY FARE RULES Y Class

  1. Fare may be booked up to 45 minutes prior to flight time subject to availability.
  2. Fares refundable only to credit. Credit may be given to purchaser or passenger.
  3. Credit requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled flight time or forfeit fare paid.
  4. Fare must be ticketed within 72 hours of booking.
  5. Itinerary changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time and are subject to class availability.
  6. Fare is "FULLY FLEXIBLE FARE".
  7. Name changes are permitted.
  8. No Show results in forfeit of fare paid.
  9. Fares NON refundable and NOT transferable.

NO SHOW POLICY

Skippers NO SHOW policy is that any NO SHOW regardless of fare type will result in forfeiture of the fare paid. No refund will be given for any NO SHOW fare.
