Skippers, WA's truly regional airline, is seeking casual Customer Service Officers for our busy Perth Airport terminal.

The role is focused on maintaining a high level of customer service in a busy passenger terminal, handling over 3,000 people every week. This includes ensuring the facilities are maintained and presented to the highest standard at all times.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively. You will be under pressure at times but will need to maintain enthusiasm and a friendly attitude with each and every passenger.

The duties of the Customer Service team include passenger check-in, passenger boarding, freight processing, flight dispatch (for over 120 flights per week), cleaning and ordering/stock management.

Essential qualities are the ability to think on your feet, make decisions without constant supervision, effectively work within procedural guidelines and to work well under pressure.

The successful applicants will be required to undertake shift work Monday to Friday inclusive. Morning and Afternoon shifts available.
